Problem with multiple panels #36

When there are more than one panel, specially when there are a top-bottom dual 
panel configuration, Takeoff fails to size himself. There are no room to paint 
the sliders with the numbers of menu pages.

So there are no way to change between pages. Using the arrows keys could be 
useful, but it does not work that way either.

There is an attached file which shows that behaviour.
