Fix automated builds #43

This includes the following changes:

Build the Windows version with MSYS2. This is faster and more reliable.
Drop translation support. It was not used and caused build issues for MacOS.
Clean up the CMakeLists.txt file
Use a different container to build the Vita build
Resolve deprecation warnings in Github Actions

@JoseTomasTocino, you might want to take a look at this one. I'm not sure if you'd approve of the translation support change.

I will squash this when merging.

I've not reverted the change which removes translation support altogether, but I did have to exclude MacOS from translation support, since I cannot get it to build anymore.
