typos and spelling unifications in READMEs and CHANGELOG

Description

I was spellchecking my additions to the changelog and my spellchecking plugin showed me some more errors, so I decided to fix them.

There are some real spelling errors, but most of it is unification of how exacly stuff is spelled.

I used british spellings, as that is what most people in europe learn.

BTW what spelling extension do you use?

I use Ltex as I write a lot of LaTex. But it also works greate for Markdown and HTML. It is a little bit on the heavy site and sometimes takes a while to start, but I can live with that given the amazing amout of mistakes it can identify.

And I also make so many mistakes, especially in English, so I wouldn't survive without it πŸ˜…

I check my code with Grammarly but I'll check that :D
