Do not minify on save if already minified (based on chosen extension) #149

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.

When a minified file is saved, for example to trigger auto-upload via SFTP in combination with Open Minified Document, minification is triggered again on the already minified file.

Describe the solution you'd like

Look at the "Prefix Of New Minified Files" in the file name before the extension and do not minify again if present.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None

This makes a lot of sense and could easiely be implemented as part of the already requested RegEx ignore (#131)
