Global job progress queue #2487

It should be possible to queue multiple background jobs like metadata downloads. The queue should also be exposed in SDK for extensions to run background jobs visible in UI.

Perhaps a music style progress bar i.e. you see the progress of the current job, and you can see the other jobs in a queue?
For example, if you use spotify on pc, the current songs progress shows at the bottom.
