Steam Title Import Issue (Halo 3: ODST Mod Tools - MCC) #3127

Bug Description

Playnite will not import the Halo 3: ODST Mod Tools from Steam. The app ID is 1695794. I have verified the following:

To Reproduce

I have also tried importing it with instances of Playnite that do or do not have any extensions installed. All factors considered, I cannot get it to import this one game. Playnite consistently fails to import just this one title.

Disregard, after attempting another fresh install it has finally imported successfully, though I am unable to identify why my primary installation will not do so.
