Bug Description

Hello, has HtmlTextView adopted a new sliding mode since version 10.10? This seems to be the reason why some themes cannot be pulled down. Can you provide a solution

1) "why some themes cannot be pulled down" no idea what this means 2) Not sure how 10.10 is related to this, the code you are highlighting was added way before that

When I tried to restore the HtmlTextView theme for 10.09, it was normal, indicating that the problem lies in some code in this file, but desktop mode cannot be opened. I need your help with this

I'm sorry I don't know what you mean. There wasn't any functional change related to HTML view scrolling in the entire Playnite 10 dev cycle as far as I can tell.
