Feature description

I would like to request these platforms be added to the Platform Specification selection of the Library Manager:

Acorn Electron
Bally Astrocade
BBC Micro
Dragon 32/64/200
Fairchild Channel F
MAME/Arcade
NEC PC-88
Nintendo 64DD
Nintendo DSi
Nintendo Game & Watch
Nintendo Satellaview
Nintendo Sufami Turbo

What do you need these for? These specification IDs are currently only used by emulation profiles/platforms and if there's no profile using them, it's kind of pointless to have them.

Also we already have some of these, like Nintendo DSi.

It is more or less a curated platform / systems list of some (no-intro) datfiles plus MAME.

The latter is not a platform, but you would have to had a (ginormous) list of arcade systems instead, which the OP doesn't want.
