Feature description

Would it be possible to add an option to show or hide Playnite's spalshscreen when the app starts and when the user switches from one mode (desktop or fullscreen) to the other? Reason is, like many, I use a Windows handheld device and and a HTPC with Playnite as my Windows shell. For a seamless (console-like) experience, it would be nice if we had the option to hide the startup splashscreen without impacting our games splash screens.
