Bug Description

None of the scrolling elements respects the Windows setting to invert scrolling direction on a touchpad.

To Reproduce

Change Windows touchpad setting: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad > Scroll & Zoom Set Scrolling direction to "Down motion scrolls up"

Launch Playnite, try scrolling with touchpad. Down motion still scrolls down.
