Feature description

IGDB carries a Themes data element to describe the thematic genre of a game, like "sci fi", "horror" or "fantasy". Retrieve and store this separately from the existing "Genre" data element, which is for game mechanic genre.

Additionally, retrieve and store the "Player Perspective" data element from IGDB.

This would allow us to properly filter for things like Horror/First-Person/Shooter or Sci-Fi/RPG.

This would be really great. Maybe use the Tags field to store the IGDB themes.
