Respect platform when importing release date from IGDB #90

Playnite is not using additional info about release dates from IGDB.

File: Technocop (USA).md Platform: Sega Genesis IGDB result: Techno Cop (1988) - OK, other versions were released in 1988, but Genesis version was released in 1990 and info about that is on IGDB page (https://www.igdb.com/games/techno-cop). Yet Playnite (4.31) sets date as 1988.
