Expected behaviour of addmempts is unclear #21

It is unclear whether MEMBER_NAME is case sensitive for addmempts. As seen in the case of addpts, MEMBER_NAME is not case sensitive. But the UG said it is case sensitive foraddmem. This could cause the user to be confused.

We agree it is good to add that addmempts is not case sensitive, but since it is not a restriction we did not add it to help the UG be less cluttered
