Addition/Subtraction buttons instead of up/down #10

In screens (such as Ship Design) having up and down arrows as they are 
presently is a bit awkward (they're revered).

A better solution or enhancement would be the addition of plus and minus 
buttons. It's more intuitive and games of the early 90s era which this game 
seems to duplicate usually had it that way (X-COM, MoO, Jagged Alliance, etc...)
