Clearing fleet path option #11

If a fleet or singular ship has a current destination, there is no way to 
cancel that current move order. The only thing the player can do as of the 
current build (Beyond Beyaan 2011-5-14) is select a space one adjacent to that 
ship and it will waste 1 ETA/turn moving to that square.

There should be an option when a ship/fleet is selected to cancel the current 
move order.
