LastPlanetSelected crashes the game when selecting a planet that's number 6 or higher in list #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Generate a galaxy with maximum planets greater than 6
Click on a system that has more than 6 planets, and scroll down
Select a planet that has index number of 6 or higher
Select another system, then back to the original, it crashes with index out of 
bounds error.

Fixed this so it scrolls the list down and chooses the right planet in this 
situation.
