Hard to find player's planets when zoomed out. #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Zooming out at the beginning of the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some sort of indicator to easily identify owned planets. A colored ring around 
them could work.

What version of the product are you using?
Desura's Demo

Please provide any additional information below such as operating system or
computer specs.

If you press "B" letter, it changes to "Border" view, and owned stars will 
change to their empire's color, and unowned stars will turn gray.

Re-implemented this in revision 244 by pressing "B" key to display owner color 
instead of star color.
