Lower UI bar hidden by task bar #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play the game on a wide screen laptop (1366 x 768 resolution)

What is the expected output? - What do you see instead?
A fully visible bottom UI bar. - A hidden bottom bar.
(Maybe a resizeable window. - currently not resizable)
If all of the window can't be displayed, a scroll bar could be used.

What version of the product are you using?
Current Desura Demo

Please provide any additional information below such as operating system or 
computer specs.
Windows 7.
Task bar not on auto hide (switching to auto hide partially resolves this issue)

You can now select a resolution to play in, this should fix this issue.
