Laggy Mouse #52

Mouse was laggy. Sometime moving mouse took 1 second to respond. Particularly 
observed on the menu buttons on bottom during galaxy view. Let's hit 2 birds 
with one stone: instead of showing pictures in Galaxy screen, show text like in 
MOO1. Game, Design, Fleet, Map, Races, Planets, Tech, Next Turn => rename to 
End Turn: use these exact texts and order. Do not have to use up entire row. 
Permanently display in bottom right. Eliminate the popup text here.

Revision 252 - This re-did the taskbar, but doesn't address the laggy mouse, 
will need to log a separate issue for that.
