Some question about lifted chrom maps #3

Hi, Thanks for your project, Its awesome and help me a lot on my working project. I also have tried lifted chrom maps to CHM13 a weeks agos, your project solved my problem.

I want to know a few details if possiable,

1) I know the most popular source is hapmap genetic map (https://github.com/adimitromanolakis/geneticMap-GRCh37), it was liftover from a very old reference genome version (may b35/hg17?), this lifted chrom maps your published is also from this source?

2) I note the col recombination rates is in geneticMap-GRCh37, could I use your scripts to obtain the data in this column correctly after adoptions?

Sorry for more question, I noted the published 1KGP T2T panel has 2054 samples, is there any files contains all 3202 samples available?
