Impossible to select BandStop/Notch filter #212

The "Add Band-Stop Filter" button is disabled.

If we don't support it, we should consider to take it out of the option window 
until we support it. I vaguely remember that this is currently being worked on. 
But just to be sure...

This has been re-enabled.  It's a little tricky to figure out what doesn't 
result in a singular matrix though.

Bandstop has not been tested, to the best of my knowledge.
