No SnapshotID visible in Animal Details #415

The SnapshotID is not shown in the details panel for Animal Datasets.

Workaround to find ID --> Goto EEG, click on download annotations CSV. Filename 
is SnapID

Use-case: Using Webservice to access data or to upload annotations to dataset.

Currently, as I understand it, web services operate on derived snapshots, not 
the datasets themselves.

marking this as invalid because you can get the id using the Experiment name 
via the webservices.
