Remove "Auto" checkbox in the EEG-Viewer #430

The "Auto" checkbox is very confusing as it does not seem to do anything except 
to grey-out the Gain pulldown menu. It is still possible to change 
the gain using the up/down arrows.

It seems to me that the gain should either be set to a standard value when the 
viewer is opened, or that the portal calculates the Gain based on the number of 
channels when the viewer is opened. After opening the viewer, the
user should be in control of the Gain.
