Add URL to tools #432

Sharing tools in the portal now allows a user to download a zipped file that is 
linked from the tools-tab. Information about the tool is extremely limited in 
the portal.

It would be nice if the tool-page could provide a way for people to share their 
tools by linking the toolname+toolID to a repository or external web-page. This 
will allow the tools-tab to provide more content that is related to the portal.

For example, it would be great if we can link to the github repository for the 
co-registration app that was developed in the Littlab.
