Viewer is stepping traces by twice the specified Width #443

No matter what width is chosen (from dropdown or typed in), paging right or 
left with arrows is incrementing the start of each page **by twice** the Width 
parameter. E.g., type 0.5 width and it increments by 1 sec. Choose 10 sec width 
and it increments by 20.

Something later made it snap out of the abnormal condition, so may be hard to 
replicate.

I haven't been able to reproduce this.

Which dataset did you see this on? 

Have you tried in prod since the last release?
