Second eeg-viewer for same dataset does not display data #446

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open eeg-viewer for datase
2. Try to open second viewer for same dataset
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The second eeg-viewer does not display any data, where we do expect it to do so.

I believe this should work properly in the latest version (not yet up in QA)...?

Still a problem. The second screen says "Parsing Data..." (prod) or "Loading 
new time series data..." (qa) and hangs.
