Cannot delete study or experiment once it has been opened. #452

A Study or Experiment cannot be deleted in the metadata-entry app once it has 
been opened in the viewer (or any other action is performed which associates a 
SnapshotUsage with the dataset). The foreign key in SnapshotUsage prevents the 
delete.
