Remove hardcoded account number #1

Noticed rather quickly whilst working on this that the account number is hardcoded. Small patch to also specify that as an environment variable.

Another issue I came across, but out of scope of this PR due to time and python knowledge, that if you don't have a gas meter also it errors out - just thought you should know :)
