User needs an application to calculate how much house he/she can afford. User needs the ability to calculate home affordability, adjust down payment, factory property taxes, HOA fees, maintenance costs, and/or closing costs.

Looking at our project plan, this user story is still relevant. We should be able to close it in a week or two.

Updated user needs: Allow user to factor proper taxes based on stage average. Allow user to factor in HOA feels.

Implement 'help' menu to allow user to reference user guide for appropriate information.

All main calculator features have been implemented and user is able to figure out how much house they can afford based on their budget.
