Add Plex DVR management to TIC

What is your feature request?

Just thinking about the plex component. It does have an API - maybe there could be an auto-configure option for it?

High level flow as:

Define host and credentials
Configure new / Update DVR(s)

Similar to TVH flow I would imagine

Are there any workarounds?
