Requirement: Support for Transfer-Encoding: chunked to handle requests and responses without known content lengths.

Implementation Needed:

Implement parsing of chunked request bodies.
Support sending responses using chunked transfer encoding when appropriate.
Update response formatting to include Transfer-Encoding header and chunked body.
