Requirement: Support for content negotiation using headers like Accept, Accept-Encoding, Accept-Language, and Accept-Charset.

Implementation Needed:

Parse and interpret Accept headers to serve the best possible representation of a resource.
Adjust response content type and encoding based on client preferences.
