[ ] Probably, at this point, it needs some ability to do math on version numbers. Eg to conditionally require a file with syntax only if that syntax is supported by the ruby version being tested.
[ ] Test all Ruby 2.5 syntax
[ ] Test all Ruby 2.6 syntax
[ ] Any other tests that should be moved to use this feature?
[ ] Add 2.6 to Travis and AppVeyor
