Spacemacs integration #96

Someone got this started, take a look at it to see what the issue is: https://github.com/syl20bnr/spacemacs/pull/3436 Would be cool for an editor to ship with this.

Also, maybe try spacemacs again? I should just watch someone good using it for like an hour. I assume they just have a very different workflow. Maybe it's good enough that they don't spend time in their shell, IDK.

I don't know why it never made it into a merge. I fixed the merge conflicts once but it still didn't make it in after that.
