are you using Node 0.11.x ? Because I'm seeing the same problems but only on that version, looks like a version compatibility issue

As the new maintainer I'm closing out all of these old issues on the repo, if it's still a valid issue please re-open (or file a new one) and I'll take a look, thanks!
