Can you add to READ.ME more detailed explanation about what this module will do?

Hey Vitaly,

Still have a bit of work to do on this module before its ready for consumption but here is my use case:

The UserGroupListPart can be attached to any existing content item to associate users with it.

For example I am working on a project that offers courses, for each "Course" content Item the admin can attach a select group of OC users that will have access to this course.
