removed axios requests
disabled negative costs in new activity
proper yelp api calls only when activity created
warning toast and corrected success toast
specified selected date on new activity
snackbar timings changed TODO (Rohit): allow negative costs in edit cost after andre implements

Added some error handling behavior. Good call on the text shadow; just changed it a bit to be less harsh.
