Vault Version #36

I'm not sure it's the greatest idea to have Vault 1.4.1 on here, while 1.5.3 is available. 1.5.3, however, is implemented in a different way, so it'll be just a little bit of work to change it. Anyway, if no one does by the time I make my next commit, I'll have that all nice and updated.

If it's implemented in a different way then wouldn't updating the version used in the plugin also limit people to only using the newest version? Wouldn't it be better/nicer if the plugin allowed any version of vault so if there's some weird problem where they can only use the old version of vault then they can still use this plugin?

You do have a point there. I figured Vault 1.4 may be getting less stable as the MC versions progressed, may as well keep up.

Any vault version is fine, as long as it keeps the releases stable.

@JoshMullins Couldn't seem to comment on issue #37 so, I'll post here instead.

What still needs doing? I've got a bunch of spare time to kill over the week and nothing better to do, might as well try and get this project up to a releasable state.

Edit: Is it just a case of getting the other features implemented?
