Forgot to update the paths in configure_exiftoolr() to also use R_user_dir("exiftoolr")

@trevorld Thanks. I had noticed that, and have already got those changes in a local version that includes some additional tweaks and changes to documentation.

Got sidetracked while testing it, though, as apparently the latest version of exiftool (12.46) introduced changes that cause the Windows executable to fail (details reported here).

In any case, thanks for both of these PRs.
