added a link to help beginners get setup in case they need assistance installing RNode.

Thanks for the PR Jeremy! I like the idea of adding those links. Think you accidentally committed changes to two extra files though. One is a mac related file called .DS_Dtore. Check out https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27850222/what-is-gitignore-exactly or https://stackoverflow.com/questions/107701/how-can-i-remove-ds-store-files-from-a-git-repository#107921 for more info. When this PR is just the intended changes I'll be so ready to merge it!
