Revise prepare kitchen chapter #255

This PR updates the Preparing your Kitchen chapter to reflect a few recent changes that are already in the code.

  1. The instant seal nodes
  2. The consensus directory (I don't really talk about it , just include it in the tree so it matches the actual code)
  3. The wider variety of runtimes available
