Prune Appetizers #327

The appetizers section is written as more of a hand-holding primer, meant to be read in order. Whereas the vision of the recipes is to be a set of working code examples. Let's move the Appetizers to a tutorial in the main devhub to let the recipes better focus.

I proposed this to the devhub team and they generally approved:

I never liked that that section had to be read in order, and I think it would fit well as a tutorial called something like "master the FRAME macros in four examples".

makes total sense-- thanks for the suggestion. I might suggest in the title we imply what frame does or why its awesome.. "Easier runtime development via Frame" or something similar.. ?
