ran rustfmt on all .rs files, and eclint fix.

@NukeManDan thanks for the PR. But there is no significant code change other than converting spacings to tabs. I prefer json and markdown files to use spaces. Would you close this PR?

Closing because I Agree with @jimmychu0807. And since this is no longer in devhub we don't have the expectation to match all of their standards anymore.
