Host as substrate.recipes and remove links to old devhub location #472

presently the main repo page (right side bar) links to the old devhub that redirects to HTGs. I would love to see a hosted version of this resource instead :heart:

It is hosted on gh pages and the link in the right sidebar is updated. I'm working on getting the domain substrate.recipes set back up as it was before this resource went over to devhub. It'll take a little while since DNS is still controlled by slow centralized governance. I'll leave this issue open for now.
