Upgrade to alpha.6 #63

This PR updates the node to depend on a newer Substrate version 2.0.0-alpha.6. It also adds the type "Weight": "u32" to the list of types in the README to maintain compatibility with Apps UI.

tests passed, and demo worked, so lgtm..
