Implement Find New Podcasts functionality #26

This is a TODO for content discovery related to podcasts. This will initially use an iTunes Podcast API (if it is still around by the time I implement this) and any other services with open APIs. This functionality will allow you to:

  1. Search for podcasts via #24 and #25
  2. Download podcasts via #23
  3. View new downloaded podcasts via #22
