Nullifying elites' spawn cost config is broken with the Artifact of Honor enabled #11

Not only do they outnumber all other elite types by nearly a 10 to 1 margin when the Artifact of Honor is enabled (which is way too high to the extent of making the artifact basically unplayable), but when I tried setting the spawn cost in the config file to 32,767, which should be far too high for even a single Nullifying Elite to spawn on the first stage or even the tenth, they still outnumbered all other elites by roughly a 10 to 1 margin. It’s clearly having no effect. It seems to be fine with the Artifact of Honor disabled, though.

Don't know if this issue is new or not but in addition to the problem above, with artifact of honor when the game wants to spawn the boss as Nullifying (only got the issue with shrines of the mountain) the bosses do not spawn nor does the teleporter gives any reward after finishing the charge.
