fix cookbook and nutrition book #23

I'm not familiar with datapacks or how minecraft parses the JSON for the pages, but these changes fixed the books:

it seems that "color":"reset" doesn't work anymore, changed it to "color":"black"
"underlined" seems to require a json boolean, not a string, so changed "true" to true
"clickEvent" expects a string in "value" for "change_page", not a number, so changed all # to "#"

I had the same problem as this commenter in my server. My server is on 1.20.4, and uses Paper instead of Spigot. I tested the changes on the server and also in a local world.

yep it does work, apparently the style fields I used have been wrong for a while but until 1.20.3 these were ignored
