Feat nutrition rework

• fish and chips: cookie > rab stew

• ice cream: cookie > sus stew

• salads: cookie > beet soup

• fried rice & champorado: cookie > beetroot soup

• moved output count check to the recipe check functions

• added cookie, doughnut, ice cream joshmats tags

• updated nutrition book, now uses hunger points instead of bars

  • cmd list also shows points rather than bars
