Offline.xml: link to JDQ III temporarily #56

"Schedule page on Twitch" hasn't had future plans for streams for a while now. JDQ III, on the other hand starts soon. So let's advertise it instead. Temporarily, until it ends.

How do nightly reruns during JDQ III work? Will the Online.xml be loaded or Offline.xml? Timed command for donation goals could be spammed at night too.

Never mind, I will add the JDQ III goals to Generic.xml anyway.
